April has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, a master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy, is an LMFT in Utah and Idaho. She is the owner of CoreWork LLC. Over decades she has studied deeply and worked extensively with relational trauma and takes an interdisciplinary approach to leadership development training for Human Centered Leadership, focusing on neuro-relational development while currently working on her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She understands the effects of adverse childhood experiences, the impact in adulthood and the workplace and knows well how to assist others in become one's best self in the workplace. Growth occurs in relationships, healing is both neurological and relational. She can't help herself, April is constantly learning from all the amazing experts in multiple fields to serve you with knowledge, skill and compassion. As a trainer, coach and consultant April works with leaders and individuals to become one's best Self, to handle relational challenges from a place of calm and the ability to act instead of react, and to see others as humans to nurture for improved outcomes in your organization, department or team improving trust and safety, accelerating organizational effectiveness and the bottomline. April was born and raised in California. She has lived in Washington; Tokyo, Japan; Oregon; and enjoyed living in San Diego, California for 10 years before moving to Utah. She comes from a large family where she had ample opportunities to watch relational dynamics and from a young age has known what works and what does not when relating to others. This coupled with decades of education, training and assisting others to live their best life and relate effectively with others. You are in capable hands.
